Spotter G

Japanese Tactical Rail Charm

Tactical morale support for your rifle.

01 What is Spotter G

Not a sight.
Not a grip.
A character.

Spotter G is a Japanese Tactical Rail Charm — a small stainless-steel figure that mounts onto a standard 20mm rail.

She fuses four things into one piece of metal: tactical gear, Japanese charm culture, sculptural art, and a quiet sense of humor. Empty rail space becomes personality.

02 Why “Spotter”

A rifle deserves
more than a pin‑up.

It started with one idea: put a figure on top of a rifle. The first sketch was a pin-up girl — but that felt too easy. We wanted a twist.

A long-barreled rifle doesn't travel alone. Beside every sniper is a spotter — the one who reads the wind, calls the shot, and never blinks. That was the character worth sculpting.

The name carries a second meaning, too. If you catch it, you catch it — we'll leave it right there. Later, she got a name of her own: Gloria.

Every rifle deserves a spotter.

03 Inspired by Netsuke

A charm that
carries a story.

Japan has carried small things for centuries. Netsuke — tiny carved charms once worn on the body — were prized for their detail, their character, and the quiet stories they told.

Spotter G stands in that lineage. She isn't an accessory bolted on for function. She gives a rifle a character, a conversation — almost a soul. A way to carry a small story with you.

04 Stainless Steel Construction

We wanted it to last.

Resin had limits. We wanted a piece with real weight and a finish that wouldn't wear out — so we moved to metal 3D printing, in stainless steel.

The payoff is detail. At this scale, stainless holds a density of sculpted detail that printed plastic simply can't — and shrugs off the knocks of everyday handling.

One more thing: the design hides a working thumb rest. We spent real design time on that. No regrets — and when players asked, we added a left-handed option you can choose at checkout.

Sculpted by a AAA
creature concept artist.

Spotter G was sculpted by a former Crysis 2 creature concept artist. That background is exactly why she holds so much detail at such a small scale — a creature-design eye, trained on AAA game production, applied to a single figure on a rail.

06 Designed for Conversation

“...wait, what
is that?”

Spotter G is deliberately not huge. She's sized so only the people who really look will notice — and that restraint is the entire point.

Someone leans in, spots her, and asks the question. That's when it works. Spotter G isn't a loud accessory shouting for attention. She's a conversation piece — a reason for people to talk.
